Creative Director

A dynamic and fast growing Activation Agency is seeking for enthusiastic In-House Creative Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage large scope projects from beginning concepts through final form & can communicate vision to client & creative team.

Contribute to the concept development, design and execution of materials in a fast-paced, professional work environment.

Develop innovative design directions on projects, oversee& mentor creative teams to ensure that designs are produced timely, on budget, & execution meet the established business objectives.

Ensure that all digital and traditional content &campaign designs are consistent with product messaging and brand standards.

Works on a wide range of projects that may include activation, exhibitions, roadshows, events & multimedia production.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in CS5 and HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver; intermediate knowledge of Word Press, plus basic knowledge of PHP, Java Script Flash and ability to design and produce microsites,

Facebook custom tabs and other social media programming required.

4-5 years experience ( BTL and Activation experience is a must)

Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy.
